Our refund and returns policy covers a 30-day period from the date of your enrollment. If it’s been more than 30 days since you joined, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your course or coaching service must be unused, and you should not have initiated any coaching sessions. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including personalized coaching sessions and downloadable software.

For us to process your return, a receipt or proof of enrollment is required.
Partial Refunds:

Upon receiving and assessing your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Gifts:
If the course or coaching service was marked as a gift when enrolled, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
